This humble block of six units appointed Fluid to undertake a dramatic facelift to give the building a new modern look. The project involved a major external overhaul, upgrading all brick balustrades with Fluid’s own frameless glass balustrade system. Even with shiny new balustrades, it can be difficult for a standard 1970’s blonde brick building to stand out from neighbouring properties.
A full external paint works creating a contemporary look certainly set it apart from the neighbours. To top off the transformation, all balconies received new waterproofing and stylish tiling to tie in the now seemingly new building.
