This 1970s building needed some love. Leaking balcony decks, roof and concrete cancer could see this original building either losing value or turning it into a beautiful living space close to shops and beaches

Fluid proposed balcony upgrades, with new waterproofing tiles and concrete perimeter hobs. Combined with structural works to alleviate balcony sag and concrete cancer.

Further replacement of doors and windows and a full repaint to the building.

Budget was super important and with a price tag of approximately 600k between 12 units. Owners saw lot increases of more than 5 times the value of the spend.
