Apartments Chatswood

The brief for these traditional brick apartments was to make the existing balcony handrails compliant with the current building code, whilst also bringing a modern design to the buildings’ façade.

The balconies were transformed with new concrete hobs and a striking trafficable membrane system, finished off with a custom anodised aluminium-framed glass handrail. These small modifications to the building have given these leafy Chatswood apartments a contemporary new look.
