Nearly 20 tonne of pebbles and over 100 tonne of soil were removed from the roof of this Narrabeen unit block in order for remedial works to commence. In addition to the waterproofing works being carried out on the roof, two out of the six units in the block are acquiring balconies, while the remaining units are having balcony planter boxes re-detailed and water-proofing and drainage undertaken. The final stage will be the removal of the current render, before the whole building is repainted.
