This high profile site is located on the prestigious waterfront redevelopment, Jacksons Landing. The project, spanning over 4000m2, was carried out over two years and involved stripping all metal and facade coatings and renewing, along with the replacement of 600m of custom balustrading.

Further, the works required the design and implementation of a height access system so that the finished product can be maintained when completed. The project had its fair share of challenges, including access and working with existing finishes. Fluid Building utilised 90% of its own labour during the works to ensure the project maintained continuity and met the client’s vision and expectations.
