The upgrade of the 64 balconies of this Mosman unit block will take place in two stages to minimise disruption to residents. The buildings existing brick handrails were non-compliant with the current building codes. Fluid have replaced all with glass framed balustrades, which not only bring a new fresh modern look to the building, but also maximise the views of the harbour and Harbour Bridge for residents.
Other works include new waterproof membranes and tiles to all balconies. What did they say? ” I wanted to thank all the Fluid staff and other contractors who worked on the job. The staff are to be commended for their work attitude and the way they deal with the public. As you know we had a few difficult times which with your staff’s assistance we overcame. The building looks fantastic – 20 years younger”. – Shari Samuels, Executive Committee.
