13 Victoria Parade Manly

Fluid where asked to bring one of the oldest and most beautiful buildings in Manly back to its former glory. The beautiful old red brick building underwent a complete face lift, which included repointing of the brickwork, painting of the ornate timber windows & eaves.

The transformation was completed with the re-tiling of the shop fronts with black subway tiles and black granite on the shop entries. This building now stands with beautiful presence at the roundabout of Victoria Pde and Darley Rd, right in the heart of Manly.

The Fluid team felt like they were giving back the soul to this building during this project, which you can see this in the building. A Fluid project completed with heart and soul.
