Overlooking Manly Beach, Borrambil is one of Manly’s oldest buildings. It required something special when Fluid was asked by the owners to help them with the replacement of sewer and stormwater services.
As with all builds from its era, the services for the building were all lodged inside heritage listed brickwork. Work of this kind would normally cause significant disruption to residents, and it was stipulated as essential that all owners remain in residence and that the new works complied with 2018 regulations.
Fluid staff took special care to ensure that Borrambil and its 35 owners were well looked after…and you can’t even tell we have been there!!! The work continues into 2018 and we look forward to working with the Owners to continue to keep this historic building as beautiful as it was when built 100 years ago.
