In 2012, Fluid refurbished the balconies at 128 Lawrence St. Some seven years later, the Owners Corporation invited Fluid back to replace the roof of the 1000m2 block. The scope involved removal of the existing concrete tiles, replacing them with a colour-bond metal roof and gutters, installation of new battens and new heavy-duty insulation, strengthening and painting the existing rafters, fascia repairs and painting the windows and doors. The project was completed in four weeks with the roof now watertight for another 20 years at least!
