Located at the gate way to Palm Beach, Fluid are upgrading this combined residential and commercial property. The project team will be giving this building a contemporary new look, with modern glass handrails and new paint works to the whole building.

One of the main challenges with this building is all of the balconies have been leaking over the years. To resolve this issue, Fluid have removed and replaced tiles and membrane systems to the whole building. The works that Fluid have completed has modernised the external appearance, in one of Sydney’s iconic suburbs.
